Visit of Lieutenant-General Hemphrey Nyone to the Burundian contingent in the Central African Republic
Central African Republic, 11/30/2023 – In coherence with Burundi’s foreign policy, focused on defense policy in collaboration with the GUAN [1]Lieutenant General Hemphrey Nyone paid a relaxed visit to the contingent of Burundi National Defense Force (FDNB) within the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA). He praised the professionalism and discipline demonstrated by the Burundian military in the execution of the UN mandate.
