jpnn.comJAKARTA – Former professor at the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) Professor Ing Mokoginta and his entourage visited the Office of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) on Wednesday (8/5).

Professor Ing Mokoginta visited the office led by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) to demand justice regarding the case of alleged land mafia practices that attacked his and his family’s 1.7 hectare land.

Advocate Fransiska from LQ Indonesia Law Firm as Professor Mokoginta’s attorney expressed his desire to have an audience with the Minister of ATR/BPN Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY).

“In order to ask for a reply to our request for an audience with Minister AHY regarding the Prof Ing Mokoginta case which we have been trying to resolve since 2017,” said Fransiska.

Fransiska hopes that her party can hold a meeting with the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN AHY because this case is directly related to this agency.

He believes that only AHY as the highest leader in the ministry is able to resolve this problem appropriately.

“In this regard, we really ask Minister AHY to give us time to have an audience with our client. “Especially providing legal certainty and legal protection for our clients’ land objects,” said Fransiska.

Meanwhile, another attorney from Professor Mokoginta, Nathaniel Hutagaol, said that BPN individuals had been named suspects in the case his client was facing.
