DL E&C announced on the 29th that a total of 15,000 people visited the ‘e-Pyunhan World Myeongdeok Station First Mark’ model house over three days.
DL E&C explains that visitors flocked to the housing exhibition hall from early in the morning, and the waiting line for entry stretched over 100 meters.
The visitors ranged from young people to middle-aged and elderly people. It attracted a lot of attention due to the local residents’ high interest in the rare double subway station location in Daegu. In particular, even officials from a mobile real estate agency were present outside the housing exhibition hall, giving an idea of the enthusiasm for sales.
The housing exhibition hall had e-Pyeonhansesang’s unique interior design applied throughout the entire area, from the entrance to the exhibition space, creating the feeling of being in an art museum. The cafeteria provided inside has an interior reminiscent of a luxury hotel lobby, and food and beverage services completed in collaboration with brand coffee, adding to the luxurious feel.
e-Pyeonhansesang Myeongdeok Station First Mark is expected to further increase accessibility to the station as an access road is planned on the north side of the complex. Banwoldang Station, a transfer station for Line 2, is also located within a 1km radius, making it a transportation hub in Nam-gu.
In addition, Daegu Yeongseon Elementary School is located 300 meters away in a straight line, as well as a daycare center in the complex. In addition, a number of middle and high schools are concentrated within a 1km radius, including Gyeongsang Middle School, Daegu Jeil Middle School, Gyeonggyeong Middle School, Gyeongbuk Arts High School, Gyeongbuk Girls’ High School, and Daegu High School.
