Vita Foods innovates its portfolio with smaller presentations in Tetra Gemina® Aseptic packaging. 750 ml in whole, semi-skimmed, lactose-free and chocolate milk; fruit oatmeal, milk with cinnamon; and, 500 ml at Vita Café. In this way, the brand responds to the needs of current, smaller households with new consumption occasions.
“At Vita Alimentos we are committed to bringing the purity of the countryside to the table of every home. For this reason, we incorporate presentations in smaller containers, to meet the needs of new Ecuadorian homes. According to the latest census carried out by the INEC, Ecuadorian households are made up of families that are increasingly smaller in number of members. According to their statistics, currently the average number of members is 3.2 people per household. In addition, single-person and two-member families have grown 4.6 points and 4.3 points, respectively, from 2010 to 2022. This explains the increase in demand for smaller containers; In fact, the retail market offers 34% of references in small sizes and 36% of packaging in medium sizes, according to Kantar World Panel,” explains Andrés Bolek, Communications Manager at Vita Alimentos.
