According to the agreement, a subsidiary of Vitanya (AS Uri Investments and Properties) will sell 50% of the office tower – which covers an area of about 20,000 square meters – including the adjacent parking areas and all existing and future building rights in the complex. Vitanya is expected to post a net profit of NIS 76 million.

This deal joins the huge deal that Vitanya signed together with Delek Motors in June for the sale of the “Vitanya Tel Aviv” project – an office tower at the intersection of Hamsger and La Guardia streets – to Bank Hapoalim for about NIS 1 billion. The bank intends to transfer all senior management units to the tower by the end of 2025.
