“Forget the dementia, look at the person.” With this approach, an exhibition has been launched in sixteen showcases of shops, houses and public buildings in Leuven that aims to raise awareness about people with dementia. The opening, not coincidentally on World Alzheimer’s Day, was attended on Wednesday by Flemish Minister of Welfare and Public Health Hilde Crevits (CD&V).
