MmMta Mohandas has announced a new film in the lead role. The name of the film is ‘Live’. The film, announced on the occasion of Mamta’s birthday, is directed by VK Prakash. The film also stars Soubin Shaheer, Shine Tom Chacko and Priya Warrier in lead roles.
After the success of Navya Nair starrer ‘Oruthee’, Live is also a film where VK Prakash and screenwriter Suresh Babu are teaming up. The film is being prepared as a thriller with social relevance.
The film is produced by Darpan Bangeja and Nitin Kumar under the banner of Films 24. This is also their first production venture in Malayalam. Live is a thriller film that deals with a contemporary and socially relevant theme. Twice National Award winner Nikhil S. Praveen is the protagonist of the film. Editing is done by Sunil S Pillai. Renowned music director Alphonse is composing the music and Dundu Ranjiv is the art director. Ashish K is the chief associate director of the film. The shooting of the film will begin on November 18.
Meanwhile, Mamta’s film Janagamana was finally released. Directed by Dijo Jose Antony, the film featured Prithviraj and Suraj Venjaramood in the lead roles. The film was produced by Supriya Menon and Listyn Stephen. It was produced under the banners of Prithviraj Productions and Magic Frames.
