Volgograd State University students are switching to a blended learning format. Classes will be held online from next week.
The innovation will take effect on October 4, the corresponding order was signed by the rector of the university Alla Kalinina.
– In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus, from October 4 to 16, lectures and workshops will be organized in the electronic information and educational environment, – said in a message in the telegram channel of the educational institution.
Students will only need to come to the university for laboratory classes, which require special equipment. The workshops will be held in classrooms in accordance with the COVID-19 prevention guidelines.
Recall that the issue of a possible transfer of schoolchildren and students to a remote location will soon be worked out by the regional education committee together with the regional health department.
