(ANSA) – ROME, 08 APR – The presentation of the guide “Voluntary jurisdiction. The notary and social fragilities: a new discipline for minors and incapable subjects”, developed by the National Council of Notaries and 14 consumer associations, to provide, states a note from the professionals, “citizens and operators in the sector with useful information to be able to access fully and with awareness the opportunities provided by the art. 21 of Legislative Decree 149/2022, which has opened up the possibility of also turning to the notary – as an alternative to the judge – in matters of voluntary jurisdiction, due to the guarantees that the notary offers in terms of impartiality as a public official” .
The Notary, it is specified, “has thus been invested with a role of great sensitivity in the protection of subjects considered to be the “weakest” in our system, because they lack autonomy, with the aim of making obtaining authorizations quicker and easier. required by the law for the stipulation of the deeds in which they intervene”.
The press conference will be attended by, among others, the president of the over 5,100 Italian notaries Giulio Biino, the deputies Marta Schifone (FdI) and Debora Serracchiani (Pd), the national councilor of the Notaries Alessandra Mascellaro and the president of Fish Ets Vincenzo Falabella.
