Volunteer victim-murder case against Imran Khan

Elections have been announced in Pakistan’s Punjab province. On this occasion, it was announced that a huge campaign rally will be held in Lahore on behalf of the Tehreek-e-Insab party led by former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Police did not give permission for this rally. However, defying the ban, the volunteers gathered in front of Imran Khan’s residence for a rally.

Then a clash broke out between the police and Tehreek-e-Insab party workers.

Police fired teargas shells. A volunteer named Ali Bilal died in the encounter. 6 people were seriously injured. In this situation, the Lahore police have registered a case against 400 people including Imran Khan under the categories of murder and terrorism. It is noteworthy that this is the 89th case registered against Imran Khan in the last 11 months.
