In collaboration with GGD Haaglanden, the Municipality of The Hague is expanding the intricate and district- and neighbourhood-oriented approach to vaccination against corona to the National Immunization Program (RVP).
The NIP protects children against 12 serious infectious diseases, including diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, polio and hepatitis B. The NIP concerns different vaccinations than against the coronavirus, but the positive experiences with this local approach are, according to responsible councilor Kavita Parbhudayal of Make good usable.
A striking decision by the Municipality of The Hague that may also be followed by the neighboring municipalities of Leidschendam-Voorburg and Rijswijk. What is your opinion about this?
