Following the actions of the Deputy Minister of Sports Yannis Vroutsis, the age of 70 as the maximum age limit for election to the statutory bodies of the Sports Federation is abolished. A person who has served for two (2) consecutive terms in any of the offices of the previous paragraph, may be re-elected to such a position if a period of two (2) years has elapsed. The regulations herein also apply to sports federations of people with disabilities. Nominations submitted in violation of this are automatically invalid.”
