Recently, Vu Thuy Quynh attracted the attention of the beauty-loving community when she confirmed her participation in the “race” of Miss Universe Vietnam 2024. Sharing about her decision to register for this beauty contest, the beauty from Dien Bien said: “Miss Universe Vietnam is the place I want to set foot to continue writing my dream. I want to bring energy, confidence, courage along with a bit of calmness to conquer the highest position. Moreover, I come here for the children and women in the highlands to be able to carry out the project “Free HPV vaccination for girls from 9 years old and up” in places with difficult economic conditions.
The same saying has followed me throughout my journey of pursuing my dream: “There has never been a moment when I felt tired. I am always ready to work to contribute and burn out with passion.”

Few people expected that Vu Thuy Quynh was once so skinny that she weighed about 39 or 40kg. “Only those who have ever had that weight can understand the feeling of inferiority, a gaunt face, and legs that are just skin and bones.
I did not naturally have a good body and health like now. It was a process of constantly trying to change myself, a lot of sweat and tears, and moments when I thought about giving up because it was too painful, because I did not want to eat but had to eat to have the current body. Maybe people say that I have not changed, but for me it is a change every day”, the beauty from Dien Bien expressed.
According to Vu Thuy Quynh, she has created discipline for herself in exercising as well as a scientific diet to maintain a toned, healthy figure. Specifically, the beauty from Dien Bien cooks her own food at home, eats dishes that are not too spicy, low in fat, and high in fiber… In addition, Vu Thuy Quynh supplements her body with enough water every day and a glass of unsweetened fresh orange juice.
“If I can do it, you can do it too. It’s never too late for us to create our own miracles. Sweet fruit comes late but will definitely come to those who are always resilient and disciplined,” Vu Thuy Quynh emphasized.
