Enrique Iglesias and Belinda will unite their voices on the song “Llórame un rio”, a song that will be part of the Spaniard’s next studio album and that few know that behind it is the pen of the Cuban Waldo Mendoza.

The singer and composer from the island originally released the song as a duet with Descemer Bueno, positioning it at the top of the hit charts in Cuba in 2013.

Now the two Spanish pop stars will once again give life to the romanticism of Mendoza, chosen by Iglesias for his new album release that will include other collaborations with Descemer, in the role of composer and with Yotuel Romero, as guest on the song “FrÃa” that was released last week.

“Cry me a river†would be premiering in the coming month of March, as Belinda confirmed in a publication.

On the Cuban side, it was Descemer Bueno himself who turned to social networks to confirm the news and congratulate his “great friend.”

“Congratulations to my great friend, Waldo Mendoza, for having composed this beautiful song with me, which will now have the opportunity to reach a large audience,†the singer published on his Facebook profile.

Mendoza’s response was immediate: “Thank you, my dear brother, for the opportunity to share with me your greatness and your indisputable angel. Thank you,’ Waldo wrote in one of the comments on the publication.

Among the various comments from the followers of both artists, one stands out from an Internet user who claims that “their lyrics always move me in a special way.” I will look forward to hearing this new gift. Thank you for the emotion you achieve in each song.â€

“Desce, what good news! That’s my favorite song since the first moment I heard it. I can’t wait to hear the new version! Hugs!†; “Excellent, they are two wonderful singers plus beautiful lyrics. It will be a success,†are some of the messages that users have left for the island’s artists.
