Wall St opens lower after Fitch cuts US rating By Reuters

(Reuters) – Wall Street’s main indexes opened lower on Wednesday after ratings agency Fitch’s surprise decision to downgrade the U.S. government’s credit rating, hurting appetite for risky assets.

The was down 0.22% at open to 35,551.92 points.

The opened down 0.56% to 4,550.93 points, while Composite fell 1.06% to 14,132.73 points at open.
