Japan has the highest population of elderly people in the world. A nursing home in southern Japan had posted an ad. The ad said ‘People Wanted. Diapers and milk powder are provided as salary to those who join us. “The only important job of the selected is to roam around the nursing home with the caretakers. They can take breaks depending on hunger, sleep or their mood,” it was announced.

Kimi Kondo, chief executive of the nursing home, said:
