War crimes trial against Syrian doctor begins in Frankfurt – Germany

Frankfurt am Main – The job of doctors is clear: they help and heal people. The Syrian doctor, on the other hand, is said to have used his knowledge to inflict pain on opponents of the regime. From this Wednesday (January 19) he has to answer to the state security senate of the Higher Regional Court (OLG) in Frankfurt. He is accused of crimes against humanity.
