War in Ukraine: preventing Russians from traveling to Europe, is it really possible?

Can the European Union close its borders to Russian tourists? Requested by the Ukrainian authorities, the visa ban for all Russians in order to sanction Moscow for the war in Ukraine will be discussed at the end of August by the EU, announced on Friday the head of Czech diplomacy Jan Lipavsky, whose country chairs the Council of the EU. The subject will be addressed more formally in October at the next European Council.
