War is one way; Sanctions the other way around; Italy, Spain and Greece through different channels of Russia’s oil

by time news

Moscow: Russia’s oil is reported to be reaching Italy and Spain while NATO and the United States are reiterating strong sanctions against Russia. It is indicated that the countries in the Mediterranean region receive oil with the help of Turkey. Russia imports oil through various companies. Russia uses diplomacy to supply crude oil to companies without countries directly buying or selling them.

Since the beginning of this month, Turkey and Italy have resumed trading of Russian crude through their ports. Although many European countries initially accepted the Russian sanctions, countries are cleverly using global trade strategies to overcome oil shortages. Italy’s crude oil imports doubled in early August compared to the previous seven weeks.

Apart from this, Spain has resumed crude oil imports after four months. And imports of Russian crude from the Baltic region to Greece have been increasing since February. Many European countries, which have called for global opposition to Russia, are looking for other ways to solve the problem of crude oil shortages.
