The actress Cecilia Gabriela reported a cashier at a busy store for an alleged charge of three pesos extra on a deposit he made, just for “look like a tourist”.

The actress said that the alleged overcharge was due to her appearance as a “tourist.”
“I noticed, it seems that he was a little embarrassed, but I noticed that because of how I looked he thought I was a tourist or something, and he wanted to charge me three pesos more,” said Gabriela.
Cecilia asked the cashier not to be abusive because she looked like a tourist or a foreigner and asked him to treat her the same way because she was Mexican and even though she was from another country, she should also receive respect and not be abused.
