Various groups campaigned to cancel Roger Waters’ concerts in Germany. Nevertheless, the kick-off took place in Hamburg. The concert review.

In January 2023 we visited Roger Waters at his home in southern England. At that time, the musician and Pink Floyd founder was still worried that his concerts in Germany could be canceled, as had happened in Poland. Critics accuse him of pursuing an anti-Semitic agenda because of his BDS support. Ukrainian groups, on the other hand, accuse Waters of describing the Russian war of aggression as the result of an American provocation and thus playing it down. However, Waters was able to win a legal dispute over a planned cancellation of his concert in Frankfurt.
