“Was your mother poor too?” The innocent question asked by Pía, Ángel Di María’s youngest daughter, generated hundreds of repercussions on social networks, after her mother, Jorgelina Cardoso, made public the conversation with her daughter.

There, in a very tender way, Cardoso tried to explain to her that not everyone is able to have a drawer full of Barbie dolls like she had and taught her to value her family’s efforts.

“I didn’t understand why if I didn’t have money to buy Barbies, I wouldn’t go and get money from the ATMs,” Cardoso wrote on his Instagram story, as if to give context to the situation.
