News 13 journalist Ila Hasson published this evening on the ‘Azor Baharah’ program that the head of the Bar Association – Adv. Avi Himi – apparently committed an indecent act during a video call with a lawyer who was in contact with her and even recommended her for the position of judge.
According to Hasson’s report, the lawyer appealed to the chairman of the Bar Association, so that he would recommend her to become a judge. After informing her that he had sent a letter of recommendation, the lawyer received a video call from him during which he allegedly committed a sexual act.

According to Hasson, the lawyer, who was shocked by the incident, documented the case. According to her, this was done without consent and is harassment.
In a conversation with News 13, Attorney Hami said: “I did nothing half-heartedly at the Bar Association.” When asked if he had done it elsewhere, he replied: “What do I have to do with what I do or don’t do with someone in agreement? I do not understand that”.
