At some point, according to the testimony of a resident of the neighborhood, the boys entered the building on the street, broke into the fire extinguisher station and removed the extinguishers from there.
In the videos and photos, the boys are seen going wild with the fire extinguishers while spraying their contents all over the street.
As a result of the riot, several vehicles were damaged that were filled with the white foam from the fire extinguisher, as well as the sidewalks in the street that were painted white.
The next day, a cleaning vehicle from the municipality arrived on the scene and worked for a long time to clean the street.
Or Yehuda Municipality provided a response: “The municipality takes the incident that occurred last weekend very seriously. The matter is under investigation by the police, while the identity of the boys is known to us. At the same time as the ongoing criminal proceedings, we will make sure to pay the boys and their parents the funds required as a result of the damages caused, all this to make sure that cases of this type This will not be repeated.”
However, despite the municipality’s announcement that the issue is under police investigation, The Israel Police stated that as of last night, no complaint had been received in this regard.
