A major disaster in Cambodia: a fire broke out in a hotel casino in the town of Poiput, which is located on the Thai border, and claimed the lives of 16 people and another 50 people were injured and taken to the hospital. In the last few hours, extremely difficult videos have been circulating on social media that show the fire both from inside the casino itself, and outside the casino, where people on the upper floors are seen jumping to the ground to escape the fire. In a video released by the Cambodia Fire Agency, onlookers could be heard shouting pleas to rescue people trapped on the roof of the hotel, which is more than a dozen stories high.
