The earthquake in Turkey. The Israeli rescue mission arrived last night and began operating at the destruction sites in order to rescue those trapped under the houses that collapsed in yesterday’s earthquake.
About 150 rescue and rescue personnel arrived with engineering tools, detection dogs and emergency equipment, and they are working at the various sites. So far, the expedition has safely rescued 2 survivors, about 48 hours after the first earthquake.
Team commander in the rescue mission, Major (res.) Matan Schneider, the team that rescued the first female survivor, describes the rescue operation.

The IDF’s vanguard force landed early in the morning in Turkey in order to establish a field hospital as part of the “Olive Branch” mission and provide medical aid to the victims of the earthquake disaster.
