Advisor to the Prime Minister for Business, Improvement and Personal Sector Affairs, Hamoudi Al-Lami, introduced that Iraq had achieved a surplus in cement and iron, whereas noting that Iraq had acquired 76 purposes to determine pharmaceutical initiatives.
Al-Lami mentioned to the “Obligation of Frankness” program, which is proven on Al-Iraqiya Information and affiliated with the (INA), that “the Prime Minister follows up the trade file on a weekly foundation,” mentioning that “there’s a giant contract for investing in phosphate in Iraq.”
He added, “Many international corporations need to put money into Iraq,” noting that “there are 33,000 working factories in Iraq.”
He continued, “About 60,000 factories in Iraq are closed,” stressing, “Iraq has achieved a cement surplus of 10 million tons.”
He identified that “Iraq has achieved a surplus in iron,” including: “We’re transferring ahead in defending the native product.”
He said that “the trade’s contribution to the home product doesn’t exceed 4%,” noting that “the Prime Minister attaches significance to the development industries.”
He defined: “Now we have 17 factories working within the area of iron manufacturing,” noting that “Iraq produces 13 billion “bricks” yearly.”
He identified that “there are factories beneath building to supply bricks,” stressing that “we acquired 76 purposes to determine pharmaceutical initiatives.”
He said that “the native drugs covers 30% of the market’s want, and now we have begun transferring know-how to supply 18 forms of most cancers medicines,” noting that “we’ll cowl half of the native market’s want for drugs by the tip of subsequent yr.”
