JAKARTA – Legal Deputy for the National Winning Team (TPN) Ganjar-Mahfud Todung Mulya Lubis invites all elements of the nation to fight to maintain the integrity of election events and 2024 presidential election .
“We must continue to shout about the neutrality of the authorities. In the next day or two, the Ganjar-Mahfud TPN will open a complaint post. We will study case by case by looking at the evidence. We will prioritize reporting to the National Police Chief,” said Todung at a press conference. and a media discussion entitled Destruction of Ganjar Billboards in North Sumatra, which was held at the TPN Ganjar-Mahfud Media Center, at Rumah Cemara 19, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Saturday (11/11/2023).
Todung said that TPN Ganjar-Mahfud would soon launch a complaint post and invite all parties to report to the state apparatus neutrality call center.
According to Todung, if the report is not responded to then it means that there is visible non-neutrality. The Ganjar-Mahfud TPN is not threatening, but the public is not stupid and will remain silent if there is non-neutrality by state officials.
For this reason, Todung appealed to government officials and officials to maintain the neutrality and integrity of the election. Because they are the ones who are responsible if this election is flawed.
“Don’t assume that a settlement between Bawaslu and the KPU will not delegitimize the fraudulent election results. Because the people have memory,” said Todung.
Todung warned that the end of the authorities’ non-neutral actions would eventually lead to election disputes. If this election is flawed then the legitimacy of the election winner’s results will not be obtained.
Todung continues the involvement of the authorities for certain presidential candidates and discrediting other presidential candidates will delegitimize the election results.
“We don’t want society to become a divided society or a divided society because this is not good for the nation which is welcoming a golden Indonesia,” said Todung.
He also reminded that if society was divided, Indonesia would set back very far. “If this happens, it will make me sad to see the 2024 elections. Are we going to let this nation resign? No!” said Todung in a firm tone.
