On Friday, the leadership of the Palestinian prisoners announced the worsening of the measures against the administrations of the security prisons in Israel, as part of the “struggle plan to deal with the extreme policies of Minister Ben Gabir and the repressive measures against them”.

Meanwhile, the security prisoners made a joint decision to burn cells in different wings of the prisons. According to them, the action came in response to the punitive measures against them, and in light of the delay of the prison administrations in responding to their demands.

At the same time, the Palestinian news agency “Shihab” reported that on Thursday, guards at the “Nafha” prison “stormed” the prisoners’ cells and conducted extensive searches.

About a month ago, the leadership of the Palestinian prisoners ordered the prisoners in the Israeli prisons to start a hunger strike and to take additional measures, starting from the beginning of the month of Ramadan. This, following a series of measures taken by the Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, against their extreme conditions, the prisoners won, among them the closing of pita bakeries.

In the official statement published at the time, it was written that “Our only demand is our freedom, and everyone must hear this message and our voice.
