DEAR HOLIDAY – This is the moment when we would like to forget everything. However, a constraint imposes itself with more or less force on the holidaymaker: the budget. At a time when inflation weighs on bank accounts, Le Figaro discussed finances and holiday plans with the French.

Thomas and Anne-Sophie* are in great difficulty when asked to detail the expenses they anticipate during the summer holidays. They themselves have no idea; in fact, they do not calculate.
