“There are many conflicts based on borders in the world. We, scientists, must be ready to predict such events. Therefore, we present our knowledge to brotherly Kyrgyzstan,” the author of the book “Restoring the Territorial Integrity and Sovereignty of Azerbaijan: Legal Aspects,” professor, addressed the Kyrgyz people. We also translated another creation “When the Mountains Fall” by our great writer Chingiz Aitmatov into the Azerbaijani language , and now I have approved the translation of the poems of the great Kyrgyz akyn Alykul Osmonov for publication in the AR. As for the current book, it is of interest to all Kyrgyz readers. Its author was not only a participant in those events, but was directly involved in the Karabakh issue for many years. And this, let me remind you, is the bloodiest and longest conflict on the territory of the former USSR. It is gratifying that our embassies organized support for this publication, as well as the Azerbaijani businessman Kamil Aliyev. Moreover, the Bishkek Protocol on Karabakh turns 30 this year,” Kairat Osmonaliev emphasized in his speech.
