INTERVIEW – The explorer emphasizes the importance of underwater forests in the fight against global warming.
Photojournalist Alexis Rosenfeld – who covered for Le Figaro Magazine Commander Cousteau’s last mission at sea – wishes to lead decision-makers and the general public to take an interest in a vast and complex universe, essential to our survival, which nevertheless escapes our gaze: the ocean. In the “1 Ocean” project that he has been leading for five years with UNESCO, Alexis Rosenfeld will very soon launch a new program entitled “Underwater forests, a challenge for humanity”.
