Nallur organized a rally organized by the Tamil National People’s Front under the theme ‘Reject 13J under a monarchy’.
The procession started shortly before the torch was lit to pay homage to the portrait of Thiyaga Deepam Dileep at the Thiyagadeepam Dileep Memorial.
The rally was attended by Tamil National People’s Front MPs Gajendrakumar Ponnambalam and Selvarasa Gajendran.
The rally will end at Kittu Park and a public meeting will be held there.
