- Very heavy rains with intense periods (75 to 150 mm): Chiapas, Tabasco, Veracruz, Oaxaca and Guerrero.

- Go out with an umbrella or waterproof clothing
- Use reflectors if you are riding a motorcycle or bicycle.
- Circulate on main avenues or highways
- Be careful on overpasses, remember that in these areas the water tends to stagnate.
- Do not cross streets and avenues if you see water currents
- Remove trash from the drains
- Keep your documents at hand
- Do not leave appliances connected in areas susceptible to flooding
