The tropics have arrived in the Czech Republic, by Thursday the highest daily temperatures will climb above 30 degrees Celsius, on Friday it will cool down slightly. Thunderstorms will occur in places during the week, they can be strong.

Wednesday: Cloudy to overcast, partly partly cloudy. Showers or thunderstorms in places, exceptionally strong. In the evening, decreasing precipitation and partly cloudiness. Night 20 to 16 °C, day 28 to 32 °C. Moderate west wind 2 to 5 m/s will temporarily increase in thunderstorms.
Thursday: Cloudy to partly cloudy, isolated showers. Afternoon and evening from the west to cloudy, sometimes rain or showers, sometimes thunderstorms, even strong. Night 18 to 14 °C. Day 29 to 33 °C. Moderate southeasterly wind of 2 to 5 m/s will change to westerly in the evening, temporarily intensifying in thunderstorms.
Friday: Cloudy to cloudy, partly cloudy. Sometimes rain or showers, occasionally even heavier precipitation, occasional storms, especially in the east. Night 20 to 16 °C. Daytime 22 to 26 °C, in Moravia and Silesia 26 to 30 °C.
The warm weather will continue in the next week, when the daily highs will sometimes exceed 30 degrees, according to the monthly outlook of the Czech National Institute of Meteorology. It will slowly cool down in the first two weeks of the holiday.
