With the spread of corona in the state of Karnataka increasing, it has been announced that the weekend curfew issued there has been withdrawn.
A consultative meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Basavaraj to control the spread of corona. A subsequent announcement said that despite the current increase in the incidence of corona in Karnataka, the number of patients admitted to hospitals is low.
Due to this, the weekend curfew order which was in force till now has been canceled. However, the night curfew will continue as usual.
