The birthday party of West Bengal Governor L. Ganesan’s brother was held in Chennai yesterday. His 80th birthday was celebrated as Satabhisheka by the family of Ila.Ganesan.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K.Stalin, actor Rajinikanth, Puduwa Governor Tamilisai Soundrarajan and many other celebrities participated in this ceremony, which was celebrated grandly with a Sentai Melam.
Chief Minister M.K.Stalin, who participated in the program, also presented a sapling green basket. Later, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee played the melam along with the Sentai drummers.
