JAKARTA – The DKI Jakarta Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) stated that the state civil apparatus (ASN) would carry out the work work from home (WFH) must fill in mobile attendance and official dress. It is known that the DKI Provincial Government implemented the WFH policy for two months from 21 August to 21 October 2023 as an effort to suppress air pollution in the Capital.
“Later we will monitor according to absences and continue to wear official clothes for absences as usual, so using mobile attendance seems to have been monitored from the system,” said DKI Jakarta BKD Secretary, Etty Agustijani when met at Block G City Hall Building, Central Jakarta, Monday (21 /8/2023).
Etty emphasized that if any ASN WFH is found wandering around in a number of public facilities, they will be subject to sanctions in accordance with statutory regulations.
“For example, there is an employee who is WFH and then wanders around, of course the person concerned does not comply with the regulations in the Provincial Government. Then there will be sanctions according to the applicable laws and regulations,” he stressed.
Monitoring by MNC Portal Indonesia in the Work Room of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD), Block G Building, Floors 20-21, City Hall, Central Jakarta, on Monday (21/8/2023), it was seen that a number of ASNs were entering work as usual at their respective desks.
However, along with the implementation of the WFH policy, there is an empty ASN desk.
Meanwhile, specifically on the 21st floor the staffing services section was observed to be quiet, only one guest wearing ASN clothes and several ASN employees serving at the staffing counter.
