Specializing in housing for young people, the Bed and School agency in Nantes is overwhelmed with requests in a city with more than 60,000 students. “As soon as we offer a studio on our site, I immediately get around forty calls,” confirms one of the managers, Alexandre Bourel. This year, we had 20% less notice in June, people preferred to keep their accommodation even if they were not there during the summer to be sure of finding it at the start of the school year. »
