Life in a typical Dutch student town
Enschede is a real student city with more than 30,000 students and over 140 different academic, sports, cultural, social and international associations and organizations. All new trainees are easily introduced to the city through ‘The Kick-In’ introductory week.
One of the jewels in the university’s crown is undoubtedly the campus. A green and lively environment that covers 146 hectares – approximately 200 football pitches. Everything you need can be found on its territory, so that students do not have to leave the area. The complex can best be described as a small metropolis with a dynamic international community living, studying and working there.
