(Web Desk) Bollywood’s senior actress and politician Jaya Bachchan, after 51 years of marriage, told about the condition that Amitabh Bachchan had put in front of her for marriage.
According to Indian media, Jaya Bachchan recently participated in her granddaughter’s podcast where she recalled the time of her marriage with Amitabh Bachchan. Jaya Bachchan said that when Amitabh Bachchan and I decided to get married, she told me that I don’t want a wife who works outside the house for 5 to 9 hours a day but I want my wife to give maximum time to her home and family.
The senior actress said that Amitabh Bachchan made a condition in front of me that if you want to get married, you don’t have to go to work every day, you should work but not every day. After the success of our film “Zanjeer” before, we were supposed to go on a vacation together, we were supposed to celebrate the success of the film but Amitabh Bachchan’s parents didn’t allow it.
Jaya Bachchan said that Amitabh Bachchan came to me and he told me that there is a problem, my parents will not allow us to go on a trip. We wanted to go on a trip together but before marriage we had to. Going together was not allowed so we decided to get married in June instead of October so we could go on vacation together.

He said that Amitabh Bachchan talked to my father to get married early but he was not happy to hear this because my father was not in favor of our marriage.
It should be noted that earlier in an interview given to the Indian media in 2014, Amitabh Bachchan had said that one thing I like about Jaya is that after marriage she preferred home rather than films.
Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan married in June 1973, the couple has a son Abhishek Bachchan and a daughter Shweta Bachchan.
