Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan already announced that they will meet in Brussels on July 15. The leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia last met on May 25 in Moscow.
In a telephone conversation, Aliyev also said that despite the normal organization of humanitarian cargo and individual crossings through the border-customs checkpoint of Lachin, on June 15, armed provocation was committed by Armenia, and cases of smuggling of humanitarian shipments were detected.
After the last incident, Azerbaijan temporarily stopped the transit through the Lachin border-customs checkpoint.
