On the night of Friday, September 27, the Fourth Unitary Chamber of the TEJA approved an opinion of Temporary Disqualification for a period of one year against the senator from Morena, Javier Corral.
The sentence issued by the state judicial body implies that the former governor of Chihuahua will be prevented from holding any public office over the course of a year.
In the same way, the ruling establishes that Javier Corral can’t participate either in other open processes such as acquisitions, leases, services or public works.
This is what the court determined as a party to the complaint which was presented since 2019 by the former local PRI deputy, Omar Bazán, against the Morena senator before the Secretariat of Public Function (SFP).
In said complaint, the former tricolor legislator accused Javier Corral of not present in your asset declaration the justification for the purchase of a land in the municipality of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
