Mr. Michalsen, what does an ideal breakfast look like in your opinion?
There are two versions, one with porridge and one with bread, but I would consider the oat version to be the healthier one. Because oats, or even millet, keep you full for longer. For example, oat flakes that you garnish with linseeds, perhaps also with wheat germ, and then add nuts and seasonal or frozen fruit. You can then eat it warm as porridge or cold. If you want to make it even healthier, add spices. And as a liquid, water, which is a bit bland, or milk or oat milk. Sugar-free oat milk is a healthy alternative to milk and is ecologically beneficial.
