What is the swimrun, this 10-hour duo race from Sweden?

Argelès-sur-Mer (Pyrénées-Orientales) hosted the 7th Swimrun Côte Vermeille, Saturday June 18, 2022. Inspired by a sport invented in Sweden in the early 2000s, this duo race, with athletes attached one to the other, is more and more popular in France. From 6:30 a.m., more than 500 pairs of participants alternated swimming in the Mediterranean and running in the Pyrenees, sometimes covering more than 60 kilometers in the weekend heat.
