CSKA football club is one of the most titled in domestic football. He became the champion of the USSR 7 times, won the USSR Cup 5 times, won the title of Russian champion 6 times – the last time this year, 7 times – the Russian Cup and 6 times – the country’s Super Cup. CSKA was the first Russian club to win the UEFA Cup (in the 2004/05 season).
At the same time, according to the size of the budget, the club is not even included in the top five richest. According to Sports.ru, its budget in the 2014/15 season was $ 120 million, and in 2015/16 – $ 80 million, which puts it in 6-7th place among Russian clubs. Traditional leaders in terms of spending are Zenit with a budget of $ 300 million, Spartak Moscow (about $ 170 million) and Dynamo (about $ 150 million).
The loss that the club shows according to RAS is also not a record one. In 2015, it amounted to 2.2 billion rubles, while FC Zenit had 6.32 billion rubles, and Dynamo Moscow had 3.27 billion rubles.
