The steps to follow to start your claim are as follows:

- Profedet will seek to ensure that you and your employer reach an agreement for the prompt payment of the missing amount of your benefit.
If no agreement is reached:
- You can request that your case be resolved through a labor trial, for which you will need to have a legal representative.
- Profedet can support you with a legal representative at no cost, if you need it.
How do I calculate how much I get?
If you have been working in the same place for more than a year, you can calculate your bonus in the following way:
Divide your net monthly salary by 30 days. Example: 15,000, divided by 30, gives a figure of 500.
The figure you got (in this example it was 500) you must multiply by the days that your bonus company gives you (minimum must be 15 days). Example: 500 x 15 is 7,500 and that would be the amount of the bonus.
If you have not worked all year, the way to calculate how much bonus you should receive is as follows:
Divide your monthly salary by 365 days of the year. Example: 7,500 divided by 365 results in 20.54.
You must multiply the figure of 20.54 by the number of days he has worked in your company. Example: 100 (days working) x 20.54 and gives a result of 2,054 pesos, the amount you will receive as a bonus.
Remember that the bonus is a right of all workers, that you must receive it in full and in a timely manner; Furthermore, it cannot be delivered in kind.
