Ohhhhh how much fun are you going to have tonight: 20 years after the release of the first movie in the “Harry Potter” series, all its stars minus the transphobic JK Rowling are coming to HBO Max’s nostalgic and exciting special, which is the answer to WB Empire’s Netflix ( Which created Harry Potter), which is emerging as a beauty of an answer.
In Israel, of course, you can still not enjoy the nice offer of HBO Max, at least not without complicating your head with a VPN and a fabricated American address and other technological headaches, so yes hurry to bring the special to you with Hebrew subtitles less than 24 hours after broadcast in the US. Starring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint who played Harry, Hermione and Ron respectively, along with all the series’ directors and many of the big sub-stars, including Helena Bonham Carter, Rife Pines, Robbie Coltrane, Gary Oldman and more.

The special, which looks like it was filmed in one of Hogwarts’ warm and cozy gathering rooms, was received with rave reviews and contains quite a few fun behind-the-scenes revelations (did you know? ), But also in a scathing critique of the fact that the writer JK Rowling was not included in it except for a brief appearance in archival footage. Contrary to rumors, Rowling was not dismissed or disqualified from the reunion because of her remarks against the trans community, but chose not to attend the special for reasons not entirely clear despite being vigorously repeated by its producers. Either way, you have a pleasant and nostalgic pastime for this night.
