The Mexicans certainly knew what they were doing when they built their dishes. A particularly happy combination of meat and cheese and hot sauces packed in a tortilla, easy to eat and so satisfying. Several Mexican spots have sprung up in Tel Aviv over the years – although not enough – with one of the oldest among them being Mescale, the Mexican bar-restaurant that provided space for countless dates.
