Almost 40% of companies do not give a bonus for Fiestas Patrias

At the same time, the study showed that 76% of workers expect to receive this benefit and that only 19% have received the announcement that they will receive the bonus, against 80% who say their company has not made this announcement.

When analyzing the types of bonuses that are usually given, 54% said it is through bank deposit, 14% in cash, and 10% through gift card.

Regarding the amounts, the 63% say it ranges from 30,000 to 50,000 pesos; 23% from 50,000 to 100,000 pesos, and 12% over 100,000 pesos.
